- Can I change/ cancel my order?
Yes, you may change/cancel your order if it is not yet dispatched (or within 24 hours, whichever is sooner). You can do so by emailing us at email@example.com with the below details:
Subject: CHANGE ORDER or CANCEL ORDER
Items you want to change/cancel
You will need to do so as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.
- What if an item is out of stock?
We will get in touch with you and a refund request will processed if an item in your order is out of stock. For pre-paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card account used to make the payment or via a gift card code. It usually takes 10-15 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. The gift card code once issued, can be used right away. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds do not apply, as the payment is not yet made.
- How can I check my order status?
If you have logged in while placing the order, you can view your order status in the 'My Account' tab. If you have placed the order as a guest your details won't reflect in the 'My Account' section but don't worry, we will send you timely updates via email and SMS apprising you of your order status.
- What payment methods can I use?
We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.- Online Payment via Credit or Debit - We accept most major cards
- Cash on Delivery (COD) You can make the payment once the product reaches you. However, this service is available only in within India for select pincodes.
- Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
- How does COD work?
When you place a cash on delivery order, you will receive a confirmation call/email/text before dispatch. Only once the order is confirmed will we dispatch the same.
Please ensure you select COD as your shipping method or else your order will be invalid.
There are 3 ways to confirm the order:a. You will receive a text to confirm/cancel the order.
b. Incase you miss it, you will be called on the same day or the next working day to confirm/cancel the order.
c. You can email us your confirmation at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Please note : If we don't hear from you 7 DAYS after you have placed your order, the order will be cancelled. We won't be dispatching the order unless it is confirmed nor will we block stock for it.

- How do I redeem a store credit/voucher?
Enter your voucher code at checkout and the voucher amount/percentage will automatically adjust and reflect against the total amount.
- How can I become a #TISHSIS influencer?

Our plastic shipping bags are also made from recycled and government approved plastic standards – we are working on how to eliminate/substitute tags, labels, etc and are trying every day to minimise the waste we produce as a business.

- Why is the sizing different for each product?
As girls that love to shop online, we know the dilemma of being a different size for different tops within the same brands that we have been loyal to for years.
It’s frustrating to constantly have to guess your size in clothing based on standard size guides and models that look nothing like us. Since each product has a custom style and fit, we believe that it’s not fair for you to follow one size guide for each top, no matter the fit.
We have solved this problem by sharing the exact measurements of each size per top so that you can decide what size would be best for you in each top.
- What is “garment” sizing?
The measurements shared by us are the exact measurements of the top you buy. So if you’re a someone with a 36 inch bust you can buy the size to suit the fit you want. You can buy a size small for a fitted top, a medium for a regular fit, and a large for a baggy fit – it’s up to you - just check the measurements of the garment versus the measurements of your body.
- What size is your model?
All our models wear a size “small”, however all our models have different body types. This is to help show you that the same size can fit different bodies to create a different look. Fitted, regular, or baggy – based on your preference, comfort, and convenience.
