1. Domestic Shipping

  • Is there an additional shipping charge?
We have free shipping across India for all orders that are prepaid. There is an additional charge for COD orders.
  • How long will it take for my order to reach me?

This depends on whether the products in your order are on Pre-order , mode of payment, and on your location. We dispatch our products from Monday to Friday, and it takes another 3 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Some products are on pre-order so please expect a short delay in the dispatch of these products. The relevant product page will have these details mentioned. You should receive YOUR order in 10-14 working days from when it is placed.

Mode of payment:

- Prepaid Orders: Once you place an order, we will try and dispatch most products within 7-10 days. But this is based on the product.
- Cash On Delivery Orders: We will try and dispatch your order within 7-10 days after the cash on delivery order is confirmed. But this is based on the product. 

Locations of delivery:

Within Maharashtra : Please allow 1 to 4 working days for the courier to be delivered 
Metros : Please allow 3 to 7 working days for the courier to be delivered 
Non-Metros and Interiors : Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the courier to be delivered

After multiple failed attempts at delivery, the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and we will cancel the order & if the order is paid we will refund you, minus the shipping fees. 
  • Will all my items be shipped in the same box?
We try our best to dispatch all products in one shipment for your convenience. In case you have ordered a Pre-order product the whole order will be dispatched when all the pieces are available. Sometimes we may dispatch a single order in multiple shipments to ensure that the product reaches you safely.


2. Domestic Returns

  • How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

Most of our items can be returned/exchanged for a new product or store credit. If a certain style is a FINAL SALE, the same is mentioned on that specific product page itself. For products that can be exchanged, we adopt a 2-DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. There will be additional shipping charges for the same.

Do note, free gifts/products won or received in promotional offers, and products purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Additionally, orders custom made to size cannot be returned

Accessories are all final sale.

  • How do I get my money back?

You will get a credit voucher for the whole amount you paid which is valid for 6 months.

  • What if I receive a damaged/ defective/ wrong product?
We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at and we will take care of the rest. 
  • Do you have reverse pickup service?
Yes, we have a reverse-pickup service, which is on a chargeable basis. We will arrange for a representative of the courier company to pick up the product from you in 3-5 working days. Please keep the parcel ready and packaged as you have received it with all the tags and original packing intact and enclose a copy of the bill or a paper with your order number. In case your pincode is not serviceable by our team, you will need to courier the product back to us at your own cost.
  • What is the process to return a product?

    You can email us at or whatsapp us on 8850837011. Please mark the subject as "RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST". We will need the order number, products you wish to return and the reason. 

    • How long will it take to process my return?

      It will take 15 to 25 working days for you to receive a replacement or store credit. If a replacement is not in stock, you will receive store credit.
